Adrian Fein linked with loan move to Dynamo Dresden

The next 24 hours will not be busy for Bayern Munich when it comes to first-team arrivals. The Bavarian club are happy with the squad for the rest of the season so there will be no signings in the winter transfer window.

In the meantime, there is likely to be movement on the departure of a few marginal players from the first team. According to Sky Sports, Adrian Fein is currently in talks to complete a loan move to Dynamo Dresden. The German midfielder will have to end his loan spell at Greuther Fruth to complete the move to Dynamo Dresden.

Die Roten have reportedly considered ending Fein’s loan spell at Fruth before the winter window. The German midfielder barely played for Fruth during Hinrunde, which cannot continue in the second half of the season. The final 24 hours of the transfer window will be crucial for Fein to get his season back on track.

After enjoying a very good loan spell at Hamburg in the 2019/20 season, Fein was expected to have a chance in Bayern’s senior team. The Bundesliga champions record also handed him a new contract to reward his promising loan spell at Hamburg. However, things didn’t go as planned for the German midfielder.

Fein returned to Bavaria the following season but struggled to work his way into Hansi Flick’s plans. The German midfielder had a whole pre-season with the training squad to be loaned out in the final days of the window.

PSV Eindhoven have managed to secure a loan deal for Fein. The German midfielder struggled to deliver a consistent performance for the Dutch club which ultimately forced PSV to decide against making the transfer permanent.

Fein reported again for pre-season, but he was not going to be part of the first-team plans. He quickly managed to arrange a move to Fruth, but things went as he would have hoped. The German midfielder’s contract at Die Roten ends in June 2023. He won’t have any first-team opportunities in Bavaria, but a good shot this summer can help kick-start his career.

For now, Fein hopes to complete a loan deal by the end of Monday. If he manages to perform well in Dresden over the next five months, Fein can successfully transfer to a Bundesliga club this summer.
