Program planning and programming for seniors
Acquisition of program supplies approved by the administrative coordinator
Creation of weekly/monthly calendar
Under the direction of the Administrative Coordinator, liaise with community partners in the delivery of a Trillium grant
Develop a volunteer recruitment strategy
Coordinate and work with program volunteers/instructors
Member Registration Process, Forms and Renewals
Facility tours
Office assistance and organization as needed
Cash management and registration as needed
Equipment monitoring and building maintenance
Ongoing communication with the Administrative Coordinator, welcoming visitors, providing excellent customer service and answering the phone.
Filing, typing, photocopying, etc. information about the Center.
Retrieve and open mail; file and distribute accordingly.
Adopt all necessary COVID protocols
Responsible for collecting membership fees, rental fees and all day-to-day fundraising, ensuring proper documentation is completed accurately, including issuing receipts
Prepare meetings, reservations, programs and activities as needed and directed.
Support member inquiries as they come in, either by phone or in person
Provide accurate records for the administrative coordinator
Support special events and on-demand functions

Grade 12 diploma required
College diploma in sports and recreation management or similar, an asset
Experience in customer service an asset
